With overall dimensions of 150 x 60 x 85 cm, the butcher's table offers a generous work surface. One half of this surface is designed as a cutting area made of red polyethylene. The cutting board extends over the entire length of the table. This provides a clearly defined area for cutting and deboning work.
The second half of the work surface is made of stainless steel. This area can be used as a hygienic work and storage surface, for example for preparing, sorting, setting down pieces of meat or placing containers and work utensils. In this way, different work steps can be organised clearly and efficiently.
