The Vampirella S4-25 in grey is a functional XPS foam tray for hygienic sales and the professional packaging of fresh food. This self-service tray is used above all where meat and fresh produce are to be presented cleanly, neatly and ready for sale, for example in butcher shops, meat processing, fresh food counters, food retail and gastronomy.
As a fresh produce tray, but above all as a meat tray, it can be used in many ways in the fresh food sector. Made of foamed polystyrene, or XPS for short, this foam tray offers a practical combination of stability, hygiene and function. The special feature of the self-absorbent Vampirella tray lies in its material structure: liquids are directed through fine openings in the inner base area into the interior of the tray and bound there.
As a result, additional absorbent pads can be dispensed with in many applications, which simplifies packaging and makes handling easier in everyday sales. With its dimensions of 270 x 175 x 25 mm, the XPS tray is particularly well suited for flatter meat products and other sensitive products with a short shelf life.
The elongated shape also provides sufficient support surface for a neat presentation. For sealing, the XPS sales tray can be wrapped with stretch film or combined with flow-pack bags as required.
