This meat tray is versatile. The material consists of XPS, foamed polystyrene. The special feature of this self-absorbent self-service packaging lies in its inner structure: fine openings in the base direct escaping liquids into the interior of the tray, where they are bound. In many applications, additional absorbent pads can therefore be dispensed with. This simplifies packaging and at the same time ensures a clean appearance of the goods.
With dimensions of 270 x 175 x 25 mm, the Vampirella tray offers a longer, flat packaging surface for fresh meat products and other sensitive foods with a short shelf life. The height of 25 mm is particularly suitable for products that are to lie compactly and neatly in the sales tray. For sealing, the tray can be wrapped with stretch film or combined with flow-pack bags as required.
