Vampirella, 70-40, grey, 175 x 135 x 40 mm, 684 pcs / pack
The Vampirella 70-40 foam trays in grey are a well-designed packaging solution for fresh food that is to be presented hygienically, safely and attractively in professional everyday retail. Especially in butcher shops, meat processing, fresh food counters, food retail and gastronomy, these self-service trays are suitable for products with a short shelf life.
A key feature of these Vampirella trays is their self-absorbent design. Through fine openings in the tray base, escaping liquid enters the interior of the foam tray and is bound in the material structure. As a result, a separate absorbent pad is no longer required in many cases. This simplifies packaging, saves work steps and ensures a clean product presentation in the self-service area.
With their dimensions of 175 x 135 x 40 mm, the meat trays offer a compact base with a higher design at the same time. This makes them well suited for fresh meat products and other sensitive foods that require somewhat more volume. Matching lids and stretch films can be used for sealing.
The Vampirella XPS foam trays consist of 100% mono-material made of foamed polystyrene (XPS). Thanks to the greatly reduced density of the material, only a small amount of raw material is used, while at the same time a very low weight is achieved. This supports economical use of material and still ensures stable, practical everyday packaging.
These sales trays thus offer a convincing price-performance ratio for professional requirements. This model combines hygienic properties, low material density, practical liquid absorption and a professional product presentation in a compact form.
